Intro: Why, What, Who?

The Why:
I’m ProLife because someone has to Stand.
“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”― Edmund Burke (in a letter addressed to Thomas Mercer).

The What:

The world as I see it. The good, the not-so-good, the worrisome and the amazing. Any and all opinions are personal, and unless cited, do not reflect the opinions of anyone else. Discussion of these opinions is accepted and even encouraged. Peace to you.

The Foundation Stones:
LIFE is the first and most cherished Right. When it is denied or attacked at any point from conception to natural death, that Right is being denied. This page stands up for every individual’s Right to Life. One person’s right to life cannot be more important than another’s.

LIBERTY has many facets, but the first and most cherished Liberty is the right to religious freedom. Religious Freedom was the driving force that brought colonists to this land. Religious Freedom was written with blood into the very foundation of our government and the fabric of our Constitution. The ability to worship God (or not) and live one’s faith (or not) cannot be hindered by or forced upon anyone.
Although both RIGHTS are supposed to be guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution, both are in jeopardy in the United States today. And this page has been created as a witness to the need to protect the Rights of Life and Liberty for everyone.

The Who:
I am a Roman Catholic, a female, a wife, a bonus mom, a sister, a daughter, an aunt, a chosen grandmother, a best friend, an employee, a volunteer, a teacher, the author of this website and so much more.

So, I used to have a blog elsewhere, and then I had a page on social media. In COVID times the world went even more insane than it had already been, and I decided to move my thoughts back out to a forum that was not under someone else’s control. Will anyone notice? I don’t know. But the words need to be said by someone. Someone needs to stand.

There is only one author/administrator unless otherwise noted. I am a female, a wife, bonus mom, daughter, aunt, friend, teacher, and Roman Catholic. I do not speak for all women, just as other women and self-proclaimed feminists do not speak for me. Although a Catholic, I do not presume to speak in an official capacity for the Catholic Church as some so-called Catholics in government dare to do. I reserve the right to remove comments with profanity or degrading personal attacks. Otherwise, all comments, whether they agree or disagree with the post(s).
